Ordering and delivery.
Urskog Cruisers can be ordered exclusively on our web shop www.urskogskateboards.com or in our store in Stockholm at Roslagsgatan 14.
Once you have selected the products you are interested in, follow the three simple steps in the ordering process
(1) Fill in your delivery address, where you want your product to be delivered.
(2) Then select the shipping method.
(3) In the next and final step, enter the payment information to complete your order
After the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address you have chosen within a few minutes. When the order is sent, you will again receive a delivery notification to the same e-mail address.
The only alternative process is for PayPal users who can select the "Express Checkout" option in step (1) described above, where address and payment information can be automatically filled in from the PayPal account for a faster checkout process.
Products that are in stock are picked and sent within 24 hours from our local warehouse in Stockholm. For items that are out of stock, please email us and we will help you.
We use FEDEX, UPS or DHL and ship worldwide
How can i track my order?
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation of your specified e-mail address. When the transmission is performed, you will receive another message with the tracking number of the transmission
Can i cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order already placed.
If the product has not already been shipped by us, it will be very easy to cancel and refund.
If the order has been sent and you still want to cancel the order, you must wait until the receipt of the goods and make a return delivery to us. We will receive the goods and make a refund after we have confirmed that the goods are returned correctly.

Payment is available to all major credit and debit card providers; VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL
PayPal account holders can also use the Express Checkout option linked to your PayPal account
Return Policy
Can I return my board?
New or unused boards can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. All refunded items will be returned on the original payment method when the order was placed
Warranty and Claims
You have a 5-year manufacturing guarantee on all Urskog's products and it covers all production aspects.
Since we design and manufacture all Urskog's products, we want to learn from every question that arises about the product. Therefore, we appreciate if you send a description of how the problem with the product arose to victor@urskog.com
You send the product itself to our store at Roslagsgatan 14 in Stockholm, we are responsible for return shipping.
Of course, we send out a new product or the closest equivalent product while we look at the problem.
Mounting my board
If you order a complete board, you will already have it fitted.
But if you buy part by part and do not know how to do it, send us an email and we will guide you with videos and tips.
